11. Power-on Password: Password switch, you need to enter the password
when you turn it on; modify the password, modify the power-on password.
The universal password is "9999". If you forget the password, enter "9999"
to confirm and directly enter the main interface.
Connect with PC
In the power-on state, connect the PC and the recorder with a USB cable.
When the main interface of the machine appears: transfer files and
charging only interface, short press the "play" key to confirm the "transfer
files" option.
If a green arrow appears in the lower right corner of the computer interface,
it means that the player has been successfully connected to the computer.
If you select "Charge only", it will only charge and not connect to the
computer.
How to deal with common problems
1. The player cannot be turned on.
Please check if the battery is exhausted, connect it to a computer or a
charger to charge it and try to turn it on again.
2. No sound can be heard in the headset.
Please check if the volume is set to zero.
Please check that the earphones are properly inserted into the earphone
jack.
3. Serious noise.
Please check that the plug of the headset is clean, dirt can cause noise.
Please check whether the music file is damaged, you can try to play other
music files to confirm;
If the file is corrupted it may cause severe noise or skipping.
4. Can't connect with Bluetooth.
Please confirm that the Bluetooth device is paired;
Delete all connected devices, turn off the Bluetooth of the machine or
restart the machine and try again;
Or restart the bluetooth speaker, bluetooth headset, mobile phone and try
again.
5. Can't download files.
Please confirm whether the connection between the computer and the
player is correct.
Please confirm whether the storage space of the internal memory is full.
Check if the USB cable is damaged.
