Produst use
1. While laying a sleeping pad on the ground as pictured, plug the valve "2" so that air will not
escape during inflation.
2. Open the air valve "1" on built-in foot pump.
3. Step on the inflation pump with your entire foot (as shown) repeatedly until the pad is well
inflated. Place the cap back and inspect for leaks around the valve.
4. To begin the deflation process, open the deflation valve "2" as shown and start rolling up the
pad from the opposite end. You should feel air escaping from the valve.
5. While keeping the deflation valve "1" open and the cap laid flat as shown in the picture, keep
rolling up the rest of the pad, applying pressure where necessary to squeeze out residue air
trapped inside the mat.
