Installation and operation

 WARNING
Do not exceed lowest pressure rating of
any component in system.
Failure to comply may result in

Air line components

1) Although air motor is lubricated at factory, the life of motor can be extended with use of a lubricator.

Bench test

NOTE
Perform the following procedures at a
pressure not to exceed 25 psi (1.7 bar).
With air pressure at zero:
1 Connect air to inlet of air motor.
2 Slowly supply air pressure to pump motor.
3 Pump should cycle. If pump does not cycle,
refer to Troubleshooting, page 14 for
details.

Priming

With air pressure at zero:
4 Connect product hose to material outlet.
5 Direct hose into an appropriate collection
container.
6 Place pump in product.
7 Slowly supply air pressure to pump motor.
8 Allow pump to cycle slowly until system and
product is free of air.
9 If pump does not prime, refer to
Troubleshooting, page 14 for details.

Stall test

With air pressure at zero:
10 Attach a control valve to outlet hose of
11 Set air pressure to 35 psi (2.4 bar).
12 Operate control valve into a container.
13 Allow pump to cycle until system and prod-
