No power to outlet
No power from transformer

Possible Solution
Confirm power to outlet
Confirm power out of transformer
Check cord for damage
Inspect all plumbing
Clear debris from pump intake
Check pump manual for cleaning
Clear any debris from plumbing
Refer to Maintenance
Double check pump flow
