Once confirmed that the motor will be capable of performing the task, you can proceed by
following the steps of the pressure check process explained above, with the following conside-
ration: each time you want to start the pump again to raise the pressure, you must Open the
pressure adjustment valve (E) completely to allow the engine to start running. Once this is done,
close the valve again until you obtain the desired pressure for the corresponding stage.
1. Avoid running the machine without load for a long time, as this can drastically reduce the life
of the machine.
2. Always use a liquid of similar density and pH to water, clean and free of impurities. Periodica-
lly check the inlet filters and clean them if necessary.
3. In case of pressure loss not due to the circuit, check the condition of the joints and the origin
of the possible leak. Check that any threads or connections used are not damaged or sealing
properly.
4. If the engine is not able to raise the pressure (always below 60 bar), check that the check
valve (A) is correctly closed and that the pressure adjustment valve (E) is fully open before
starting the pump and close it little by little. In large circuits the pressure will rise more slowly,
so wait a reasonable amount of time.
5. If the motor does not begin to suck water from the inlet source, check that the filters are not
clogged, that the inlet hose is not clogged and that the pressure regulation valve (E) is open.
before turning on the pump.
The motor will need to evacuate the air from the circuit before starting to suck in the water,
so be patient. You can make air removal easier by not inserting the clear pressure regulating
hose underwater at first or by manually priming the pump before turning it on.
6. Always work under the specified voltage and in an electrical circuit with the corresponding
protection elements.
