DAILY
• Check Intercept
Micro Filter bag. Replace or empty
®
if full.
• Check micro cloth filter. If dirty, rinse out and air dry
before replacing back in vacuum.
BI-WEEKLY
• Inspect HEPA exhaust filters. Replace when
discolored.
INTERCEPT® MICRO FILTER AND MICRO
CLOTH FILTER
1.
Empty and inspect the Intercept® Micro Filter bag
every time you start and finish vacuuming.
(See Figure 1)

2. Replace if necessary. A clogged and dirty filter
restricts airflow and results in reduced suction and
overheating.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
MONTHLY
• Check harness for fit and comfort. Replace lost or
damaged pieces.
After 1,000 hours, send in to have carbon motor brushes
replaced.
After 1,500 hours, send in to have carbon motor brushes
replaced.
After 1,700 hours, send in to have carbon motor brushes
replaced.
FILTER MAINTENANCE
3. To replace the Intercept® Micro Filter bag, slide
filter bag into the micro cloth filter and secure into
vacuum. (See Figure 2)
