• Place a container or a tea glass under the steam
spout (pannarello).
• Open the "hot water/steam" dispenser by turning
the knob counterclockwise.
• Press the coffee button to dispense water until
the desired quantity is reached.
• When the desired quantity of hot water has been
dispensed, press the coffee button again.
• Turn the knob clockwise to close the dispens-
er.
• Remove the container with hot water.

STEAM EJECTION

Danger of burns! Brewing may be preceded
by short sprays of hot water.
The brewing spout may reach high temperatures:
do not touch it with bare hands.
Steam may be used to warm up all the desired
beverages.
• For steam ejection use the pannarello (see
chapter 7 for installation).
• If the machine is off, turn it on by means of the main
switch.
• The machine ready led fl ashes. Wait until it remains
permanently on.
• Press the steam button. The machine needs
another warming phase.
• During this warming phase the machine ready led
fl ashes; wait until it is permanently on. The machine
is now ready to eject steam.
• Insert a container below the steam spout and open
the "hot water/steam" dispenser for a few seconds,
so that the remaining water comes out of the pan-
narello; in a short time, only steam will come out.
