LARGE TANK ADAPTER KIT FOR TQ285X / TQ285 CE
All connections must be leak tested before operating the grill.
Refer to the TQ285X / TQ285 manual for the part assembly diagrams and
NOTE!
Using this adaptor will reduce the input of the grill by
approximately 10%. Only by removing the regulator originally
supplied and attaching a 66286 fitting (TQ285X ONLY) and cylinder
regulator to the grill will you ensure maximum input from a LP bottle.
WARNING!
• To avoid the possibility of burns, maintenance should be done
only when the grill is cool. Avoid unprotected contact with hot
surfaces. Ensure all burners are turned off. Clean grill in an area
where cleaning solutions will not harm decks, lawns, or patios.
• Always wear protective gloves and safety glasses when servicing
your grill.
• Ensure that you have the proper regulator hose as per the
national regulations before use. Failure to do so could result in a fire
or explosion.
An adjustable wrench or a wrench set are required for this conversion.
