Installation Instructions – OHB Remote Battery Pack
Installation
Fixture to be installed no less than 12" [305mm]
N ote:
from the ceiling surface. Fixture CANNOT be used as
a surface mounted fixture.
N ote: Removal of battery is only required when center
point mounting or a remote mounted Emergency
Battery Pack is desired.
Remove Battery Pack Option Installation
1. Mount the fixture according to the OHB installation
instructions included with the fixture.
2. Remove the battery pack and its mounting plate from
the fixture by removing the 4 screws shown. (Figure 1.)

3. Remove the mounting plate (item 1) from the battery
and discard.
4. Mount the battery pack, either horizontally or vertically,
to the building structure or any other supporting
arrangement using appropriate hardware (not included).
