Installation Instructions
LiteKeeper® 8 Enclosure Flushmount Kit

Before You Begin
1. Do not discard these installation instructions. Please
keep for future reference and operation information.
2. All installation service must be performed by qualified
personnel or service technicians.
3. Do not remove shrink wrap from the relays in the
enclosure until all chance of metal fragment and dust
contamination is passed.
WARNING: The enclosure should not be mounted by
the face flange under any condition!
4. If enclosure is already mounted, it is recommended
that power be de-energized from any wired relays as
well as the transformer before proceeding to protect
components during the procedure. Failure to follow
this warning and proper safety procedures could
result in severe injury or death and/or damage to the
equipment.
Connecting the Flushmount Kit to the
Enclosure
1. Remove the ground strap between the enclosure and
the existing enclosure door.
2. Remove the existing door by loosening the
connection screw and lifting the door off the
enclosure base.
3. Slide the Flushmount assembly over the open
enclosure until the door is resting flush on the
enclosure.
4. Make sure that the circular holes on the sides of the
Flushmount kit line up with the mounting slots on
the enclosure and that the lock set engages properly.

Make Certain to Align the Holes on the Flushmount Kit
with the Enclosure Slots and Lockset Hole.
5. Attach the Flushmount assembly using the provided
screws, fastening from the inside of the cabinet into
the Flushmount assembly flange.
6. Remove all cuttings and dust prior to power up.
Failure to do so may damage circuit board and void
the warranty.
