Put the product right side up on your arm.

Put your hand through the Rolly and roll the Rolly up to
the top of the product.

Pull the product over the Rolly by pulling downward.
Then roll back the Rolly and slip the product through it.

Roll the Rolly down to the end of your hand, winding
down the product in the process. Then remove the Rolly
from your arm.

Finish winding the product down to the toe area. Make
sure the tip of the product is tight, not loose.

Now, place your foot in front of the tip of the product.
Make sure the heel of the product is under the Rolly.

Push your foot through the Rolly, past the heel, letting it
unroll.

Remove the Rolly letting it roll down the leg. Use its
ridged surface to smooth the product into position.
