Make sure you have all the parts in the package:

* Included for installations outside US and Canada.
If bowl has not been installed:
1) Place the back of A-13 (H0C031)
30 mm from the wall. Use pencil to
mark the location of the four holes
in A-2 template.
2) Use installation instructions for
toilet, but do NOT install the
junction valve!

BeFore insTALLATion
If bowl is already installed:
1) Disconnect junction valve if not
already disconnected and set it aside.
2) Place the center of A-2 template at
60 mm from wall and 100 mm from
center of toilet.
3) Use pencil to mark the locations of
the four holes in A-2 template.
