GROW-DISK™ Feed System
1. OVERVIEW:
The HSCD200 Chain Disk Controller is designed to operate a chain disk feeding system controlling the
chain disk drive motor, auger motor and feed drop mechanism. The controller touchscreen menus make
it easy to setup, operate and review status and run-time history. Versatile operation modes allow the
controller to operate in many different farm applications requiring continuous or timed scheduled feeding
along with dump control outputs. On-screen information aids in set-up while a convenient data port
allows for quick importing and exporting of settings as well as export of run-time history.

 7" Full color touchscreen display on the front panel allows for monitoring controller status at a
glance.
 Icon menu for easy program navigation.
 Daily feed cycle times, cycle count, and faults are stored for up to 60 days.
 Continuous or up to four Timed Feeding schedules up to 12 cycles/day.
 Feed now option in Timed Feeding mode.
 Manual or automatic operation
