Sharp brand product= when shipped in lie original set,lather and sold or distributed in Canada by Sharp or by an Authorized Sharp Dealer:
Sharp warrants that this product is free, under normal use and maintenancE, trom any detects in maleda| and workmanship. If any such
detects should be found in this product vJithin the applicable warranty period, Shsrp shall, at its option, repair or replace the preduol as
specified herein.
This warranty shall not apply to:
(a) Any defects caused or mpalm required as a resuff of abusive operation, negligence, accident, improper installation or inapprepdate
use as outlined in lhe owner's manual.
(b} Any Sharp product tampered with, modified, adiustEd Er repaired by any party ether than Sharp, Sharp's Authorized Service Ceatres
or Sharp's Authorized Servicing Dealers.
(o) Damage caused or repairs required as a resutl of the use with items net speeiSad or approved by Sharp, including hut not limited to
head cleaning tapes end chemical cleaning agents.
(d) Any replacement of accessories, glassware, consumable or pelipherat items required through normal use of the product hduding but
not limited to earphones, remote controls, AC adapters, batteries, temperature probe, stylus, 1rays, fillers, bells, ribbons, cables _nd
paper.
(el Any cosmetic damage to the surface or exlerior thai has been defaced or caused by normal wear and tear.
(f) Any damage caused by external or environmental cenditions, including but nol limited to, transmission linetpewe_ line voltage sr liquid
spillage.
(g) Any product received without appropriate model, sedal aumbe_ and CSAfeUL markings,
(h) Any products used for rental or commercia_ purposes.
(i) Any installation, setup and!or programming charges,
=Should this Sharp product fail to operate during the warranty psdad, warranty service may be obtained upon deIive_/of the Sharp product
together with proof of purchase and a copy of this LIMITED WARRANTY statement to an Authorized Sharp Service Gentle or an
Authorized Sharp Servicing Dealer. lr_ home warranty service may be provided at Sharp's discretion on any Sharp television with the
;creen size ot 27" or larger and on any Sharp Over4hs-Range Microwave Oven.
This warranty eenslJtutes the entire express waranty granted by Sharp and no other dealer, service centre or their agent or empleyee is
authoffzed to extend, enlarge ot transfer this warranty on behalf ot Sharp. To the extent the law permits, Sharp disclaims any ar=d all
liability for direct or indirect damages sr losses sr for any incidental, special or consequential damages or loss of profits resulting from a
detect tn material or workmanship relating le the product, including damages for the lose of time or use of this Sharp product or the loss
of information. The purchaser will be responsible for _ny removal, reinstallation, transpodation and insurance costs incurred. Correction of
defects, in the manner and period of time described herein, constitute esmplete _ulfillment of all obligations and responsibilities of Sharp
1o the purchaser wiih respect to the product and _hall constitute full satisfaction of al} claims, whether based on contract, negligence, strict
lbbility or otherwise.
