5. Error Messages

POSSIBLE SOLUTION
-Turn off the equipment and try to
remove the bill manually

Adjust the thickness adjustment knob

Reduce the Level (IR)
- Remove the torn bill and continue
the count
- Adjust the thickness adjustment knob
- Check the condition of the bills
- Clean the stacker sensor
- Remove the stuck bill
- Remove the problematic bill
